The Hinduja Group: Over a Century of Global Enterprise and Innovation

Established in 1914 by visionary entrepreneur Parmanand Deepchand Hinduja in the Sindh region (now in Pakistan), the Hinduja Group began as a small-scale trading operation. Over the decades, it has evolved into a diversified multinational powerhouse, with business interests spread across 38 countries. The expansion and consolidation of the Group’s influence were led by Parmanand’s four sons—Srichand, Gopichand, Prakash, and Ashok—who each brought unique strategic leadership to the table, helping shape one of India’s most respected industrial legacies.
